Solid pilsner from the young brewery. Hoppy but not over-the-top, maintaining a solid Euro-soul, with a nice graininess underneath. Finishes dry with a hint of sweetness without being clingy. Plus, this beer looks stunning-- the head is huge and leaves massive lacing as I put away the pint. Pretty dead-on attempt at the style. Good beer.

A brown ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, smooth caramel pecan, lightly buttery. In mouth, a smooth nutty malt with pecan, butter, oily mouthfeel, not bad. On tap at EVO, Feb. 26 2011.

A reddish brown ale with a thin light moka head. In aroma, a sweet vanilla wood with the same creamed corn notes. In mouth, a nutty malt with light coffee notes, not a lot of hops, more like a nut brown. On tap at EVO, Feb. 26 2011.
