12 oz. can. Thanks Ashley! Pours a hazy yellow-gold color with a white head and good retention. Spotty lacing. Light pilsner malt aroma. Stronger pilsner malt flavor (versus the aroma), and enough sweet malt to balance, with a clean finish. Sharp, crisp mouthfeel, as it should be. Medium-high carbonation. Medium body. Medium bitterness, but not a hoppy flavor. Very refreshing on a hot day. A proper pilsner.

12 oz. can. Thanks Ashley! Pours a brown-black color with a small tan head and poor retention. No lacing. Very light roasted nut aroma. Light flavors of dark malt and some chocolate with a short finish. Light, watery body. Thin mouthfeel. Low carbonation. No bitterness. I like the flavors but it needs more body.

Pretty clear, but ever so slightly hazy golden and light orange coloured body with a nice two to three centimetre tall pure white head that stays afloat nicely. Aroma of dry and quite bitter orange peel and grapefruit notes with a pretty noticeable wheat scent and a soft sweetness on the finish, but the hops really dominate the smell here. Medium-bodied; Strong grasy and very citrusey hop flavours show at first with a pretty noticeable malt bite as well that has some biscuity notes and finishes with a touch of sugars from caster sugar, but also the citrus fruit. Aftertaste shows some smooth sweetness and malty components here near the end, but there is a steady stream of bitterness from the hops that finishes this nicely. Good to sample while here locally for vacation. I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from Hyman's Seafood Restaurant on New Year's Eve 2021 with my family in Charleston, South Carolina on 31-December-2021 for US$6,00.

$2 can in my mix a six from Ingles. No dating. Pint glass @home. Off-black, russet hued, filtered pour. Tall, frothy pale cocoa head evaporates somewhat quickly, like a meringue taken out the oven too soon. Second pour cascades a little more. Smells of weak coffee, burnt brown sugar, calcium, subtle char smoke. Mellow white toast charred crust sweetness, burnt brown sugar, light cocoa nibs, some cola, earth, calcified finish. Thin, low abv, slight acidity, bittersweet. Pretty good.

Dark brown pour, tan head. Roasted malt, chocolate, coffee and nuts, but seemed a little thin.

Draft. Black beer with a tan head. Light roast aroma. Roast and light chocolate flavor. Medium bodied. Roast and light chocolate linger with light mineral notes.
