[Thank you!][375 ml. bottle sampled] Darker golden to orange. Nose is basic sugar, very sugary upfront, candy, lightly boozy,candy-like apples. Very sweet taste, basic sugar, candy, very sweet, faint white alcohol in the finish, more candy & very thick sugar. Body is all sugar & heavy sweet. Too heavy on the sugar, good on its own but there is much better Ice Cider.

Pours yellow/gold and has an aroma of fresh, slightly tart apples. The flavor is lightly sweet, crisp, and tart and the finish is on the dry side. It’s light and tasty.

Purchased at the cidery on Ile d’Orleans. Amber, with a little bit of brown. Has some nice legs. The aroma is rich apple and light brown sugar. The palate is sweet-tart, with subtle brown sugar notes and apple skins. Just enough sugar to pull that tartness together.

Light golden cider with a fresh sweet apple aroma, very clean and smooth. In mouth, a rather light cider with some astringence, not bad but the rather tooth paste finish leaves to be desired. Boght at Les Halles de Quebec, Winter 2005.

Daqrker golden cider. Very distinct with apple and maple aroma, apple purée almost. Rich brown sugar in mouth, with maple notes. Rich alcohol warmth. Some notes of oak wood. May 2005.
