10th April 2024, mega tasting with minutemat, shared Panda from Grumbo. Dark brown body, beige crust. Smooth body with vanilla and coconut like flavours, caramel sweetness adds another dimension, nice!

27/3/2024. Can bought at Mikkeller Bar, London 13/3/2024. Saw this listed on their UT list, thought it might be a mistake as it would clearly be of some age seeing as Mikkeller NYC closed down in 2020 I believe, but they had it and it was their last one. So as it was probably my only chance to ever get a Mikkeller NYC beer, I bought it. Glad I did. Poured dark hazelnut brown with a creamy beige head. Aroma is toasted, malty, vanilla, nutty, coconut, bread, light chocolate and crème caramel. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness. Quite full bodied, smooth, average to soft carbonation. Very nice.

Canned 11/19/2019. black color, small coffee head. smells bit vegetal, earthy, spices, ok smell. full body, light carbonation. tastes veggies, spices, peppery, some sweetness, soy sauceish, tobacco, light marzipan, nutty. finishes lightly sweet and lightly roasty with notes of spices, soy sauce and tobacco. hmm, ok, weird, did not age gracefully.

Date March/26/2019 (I assume this is canned date). black color, small coffee colored head. smells of soy sauce, spices, tobacco, some berries, decent smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes of coffee, spices, soy sauce, cereal, light sweetness, light berry notes, toffee, light cocoa. finishes lightly sweet with notes of cocoa, soy sauce and some toffee. hmm, it kinda grows on me (when warmer), not overly complex, a bit sweet and oxidation notes a bit heavy, but overall rather drinkable.

Can. A hazy dark golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of oranges, lactose, and wheat. The flavor is sour with notes of oranges, lactose, wheat, and salt, leading to a tart finish.
