Opaque yellow color. Funky banana aroma. Taste is a complex combination of citrus, sweet fruit, earthy funk and an astringent, dry finish.

Amber color. Slight floral aroma. Taste is more hop forward than expected, not enough caramel malt to balance the floral hop taste. Slight hop aftertaste. Middle of the road for a special bitter.

Brown with thin head and sweet sugar aroma. Taste is mildly sweet dark fruit , cherry, with a wheat creamy feeling and very mild hop finish.

Peach color with bits of fruit or peppers. Hot pepper aroma. Intense hot pepper flavor with a lasting burn. A little sweetness underneath. Not balanced enough.

Nectarine color with small tan foam. Light colored particles suspended in the beer.. Sour aroma. Taste has a hint of sweetness, spice, and fruit with a strong sour finish. Hint of wine dryness, sour aftertaste.

Bottle at Shelton Festival Afterparty. Pours a cloudy yellow gold with small frothy white head. The aroma is lime zest, lemon rinds, oak. Thin body, citrus, light oak, nice tartness, good.

On tap at Shelton Festival. Pours a dark ruby brown with small beige head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is wood, leather, berry, yeast. Medium body, funky, oak, berry, light tartness, dry finish, very good.

On tap at Shelton Festival, pours a hazy amber with medium frothy beige head that lasts. The aroma is oak, leather, earth, funk. Medium body, dark fruit, earth, oak, funk, dry finish, very good.
