Dark golden color with banana bread aroma. Body is a little thin for a hefe but it has the wheat beer sweetness and a funky, spicy finish.

Sweet and smooth molasses and toffee candy with great barrel notes upfront and on the finish. Light mouthfeel upfront but the syrupy finish coats your tongue in barrel and molasses. Rye and vanilla barrel notes really kill it.

Tasting at Oakes' Manor, crowler
Brown colour. The spices are prominent, but it ends up being quite balanced, spice cake, moderately sweet, caramel.
Good.

Crowler, pours a deep dark brown / black with a small beige head. Aroma brings out the smoke and earthy pumpkin upfront, with pumpkin puree, and some toasted biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of pumpkin puree upfront, with a touch of smoke, and light bready malt. Really nice pumpkin puree character. Good stuff.
