Bottle courtesy Drake. Many thanks! I was heading to bed, but decided since all I have to do tomorrow is wake up and drink beer, why not have another? Pours black with a small soft tan head. Nice roasted coffee and chocolate aroma, hints of cocoa powder and caramel as well. Flavor is slightly sweet chocolates, coffee undertones, rye, roasted malt. Very smooth and tasty. Nice job.

Nitro 12 ounce bottle. Black, large creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of chocolate, roasted malt. The taste is rye, roasted malt, cherry, chocolate. Medium bodied, well balanced, straightforward. Well executed. These guys deserve to be in "best brewery in the state" discussions.

Bottle from Binny’s Beverage Depot brought by A. Brown coloured with a beige head. Nose is roasted malts, chocolate, cattle power food. Flavour is toasted malts, chocolate, coffee, spicyness kicking in, slightly alcoholic and very sweet.

Sampled from the tap at Happy Gnome. Pours a clear deep brown with an amber hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is full of molasses, sweet dark grains, dark fruits and a bit of whiskey backing. Flavor is quite sweet with molasses and sweet dark grains with a bit of dark fruits and whiskey underlying.
