33 cl bottle. Beer brewed in collaboration with Zavod. Therefore, it seems better: Edge Brewing / Zavod Sibirica. Style: Stout - Imperial Flavored. Black color, dark brown foam. Aroma: noticeably coniferous, rosemary and pine needles, pine nuts, caramel and roasted malt, balm. Taste: sweet, dense dark malt body, chocolate, balm based on pine needles and pine nuts, rosemary, coffee, a bitter finish, very warming. Good winter beer.

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of vanilla, custard, sugar, and malt? The flavor is sweet with notes of vanilla, custard, eggs, sugar, and malt, leading to a dry finish. Weird.

DIe katalanische Craftbrauerei ist inzwischen in ganz Europa bekannt. Und natürlich springt man auf den derzeitigen Sour Bier-Boom auf. Was den Spaniern, ähm Katalanen, aber gut gelingt. So hat es nicht nur ordentliche saure Aromen, sondern auch einen tollen Fruchtton. Ich hoffe, das es dem Sour Bier nicht wie dem IPA geht, wo inzwischen zu viele Köche den Brei verderben.
