ABV: 5.6%. Clear medium amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, sweet malt, toffee, toasted, biscuit malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, caramel, sweet malt, toffee, toasted. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190806]

Bottle at home, 9th August 19. Pours black. Aroma is liquorice and liquor. Taste is bitter and sweet, liquorice, dark malts, liquor, barrel. Good intense stuff.

Fat Kapitelhuset Växjö . Doftar dovt av hav, malt , blöt sommaräng . I munnen fyllig känsla med smak av persika, vindruvor. Malt . Rätt torr och tydlig beska. Goood klassisk Dipa. Varför inte högre betyg då? Jo för mycket bubblor som tar över (hårt kolsyrad) och lite väl maltig = brödig typ. Skönt få dricka bra klassiska Dipor då och då.

GBBF Day 1. Keykeg. Light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is airy, semi dry and reasonably crisp. Thin malts, sweetish. Semi sweet and tangy ripe citrus. Citrus peel. Little lemon. Mild spice. Light finish. Fine, quite drinkable.

06-08-19 // 330ml bottle at home. Purchased at Getränke Stumpf. Clearish golden. White Stout, hmm not stouty in the beginning. Nose and taste are indeed milk rice cinnamon and not only cinnamon bark, more complex. Carbonation settles and it becomes more stouty. Sweetish but balanced. A really nice interpretation.

Bottle at home. Three year old. Has a deep reddish brown to black colour and a beige head. Aroma of coffee beans, chocolate truffles, nuts, soy sauce, and grass. Flavour well roasted coffee, dark chocolate, soy sauce and grass. Has a slick and soft mouth feel, full-bodied and a medium to heavy bitterness. Tasteful and rich. Surprisingly bitter despite it's age. Black IPA vibes.
