Description
We were born in 2015 to brew the beers we wanted to drink, and we always kept focused on quality. We settled our brewery in Lisbon’s Graça neighbourhood and from there we started our mission to change beer consumption in Portugal.
We believe we’ve been achieving it daily and we’ll keep doing it. We brewed a dozen of new beers, reached the entire country, managed to export abroad, and opened our own places in Lisbon.
The best part is that we are aware this is just the beginning.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 28B/21A). Bottle 33 cl - Batch L050293 (BBF 03/2020). AROMA: low fruity aroma with a slight orange/grapefruit-like note. low sour-and-sweet background. APPEARANCE: gold colour and clear. medium-large off-white head with good retention. TASTE: initial medium clean sourness with a low fruitiness (orange, grapefruit). faint herbaceous hop note. neutral malt background low in intensity. medium-high bitterness with a dry and bitter finish. PALATE: medium-low body with medium-high carbonation. OVERALL: a sour IPA with a clean sourness but with a faint IPA component rendering it a bit unbalanced.

[33cl bottle at Cantinho Café, Castelo Rodrigo, Portugal.] A slightly hazy straw coloured pour with a thick white head; sour fruity aroma; clean, crisp, sharp taste. Perfect sitting on a veranda on a hot spring afternoon. A great beer at a great location.
