2 month old pint can A: Could barely muster a head from a hard pour. Black color in a wide thick glass. S: Roasty coffee, bitter chocolate and tart wine notes. T: Lightly bitter and roasty with pronounced sweet creamy milk chocolate taking over. Coffee is too light and lactose is too heavy. M: Smooth creamy texture with thin body, low carbonation and a slick finish. O: I like the low ABV and maybe the coffee has faded with age but I think the lactose detracts and makes it almost cloying.

2 month old pint can A: Pours a short lasting white head atop a clear medium gold body. S: Tart citrus pulp and pith with faint caramel or sweet bread. T: Tart then bitter with grapefruit pith dominating. Dry woody finish. M: Light and crisply carbonated, finishing fairly clean and refreshing. O: A nice fruity hop pale that I enjoy whenever I can find it fresh.

Sample during the All Horse Parade on 09/08/2019. Clear dark golden color with a medium thin white head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lace. Aroma of piney hops, fruit and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of resiny hop, citrus and roast malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a citrusy hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

5 month old pint can A: Pours a big loose head atop a clear mahogany/tea colored body. S: Light scent of mild chocolate and coffee with a whiff of herbal hops T: Bitter hops join light chocolate and a bit of cola and not much else. M: Thin body and fizzy carbonation. Not much like a brown ale. O: I appreciate that this is a light, crisp take on the style but the flavor and texture are lacking. And where are the oats and smoke? Maybe better fresh.

Pint can from Sam's Quik Shop. Pours slightly hazy golden with an off-white head. Aroma is tropical fruit, orange and grapefruit. Flavor is funky citrus, plastic, black pepper. Doesn't exactly taste infected, but definitely has a melted plastic undertaste.
