If you visit our Taproom - you can see where our Kombucha, Beer, and Wild Ales are brewed and bottled through our unique viewing walls. Draft at the source. OK, I can forgive this IPA for being cloudy. Aroma of straw and light spice. taste is lightly spiced bready citrus. OK.

Firkin at NC Brewers Fest. Hazy dark brown color, fluffy tan head with good retention. Chocolate aroma with coconut. Taste is lightly burnt coconut and chocolate brownies. tasty. Good festival beer.

Draft at Moo & Brew. Hazy pinkish red color scant head. Blueberry and cherry aroma. Taste is lightly sour berry. Simple.

On tap at Duckworth’s pours a clear orange with some lacing, white head. Nose is vinous, soap and orange peel. Flavor follows, grass, orange, patchouli oil. Papery finish.

Draft at Duckworths. Hazy deep amber maroon color, see pic if you feel like it. Aroma of dark fruit an red wine. Taste is boozy dark fruit. Complex and characterful.

Growler at RBWG Grand Tasting. Pours a yellow gold with small white head. The aroma is vinegar and spice. Thin body, vinegar, funky, acidic, not a fan.
