Draft at the source. Opaque brown color, thin tan head, see pic please. Aroma of sour chocolate. Taste is sort of a sweet and sour peppermint and chocolate kind of thing. Weird, but in a pleasant enough way.

4 oz pour on draft at Spacebar. And another 4 oz since a drunken KBS’d DCLawyer in my presence hated it. Clear pale yellow. Aromas of light apple, light esters and champagne. Tastes of tart apples, light champagne. Light body with a dry finish. I enjoyed it, simple but refreshing after a long day of work.

Pale but lighter than the beer pictured here. Neutral aroma. Thin head but nice lacing. Seems like a fairly civilized beer at first. Lacks most of the rude IPA attributes so popular today. Yes, simply a good APA fer sure, I bet she’s even a real blond, heheh. Friendly easy and probably the best beer I had tonight. Yes, not bad!

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle poured into a glass. Clear yellow with small white head which dissipates quickly. Aroma is apple, medium/light body, medium carbonation, and no lacing. Taste is slightly rich apple. This is a good cider.

Bot from giant eagle. Just a clean sterile mild fruity smell. Quite mellow flavor, less sugary that I thought it would be. Pale color. Taste continues to be fruity without insult. Yes, I think beer brewers who brew cider are ahead of cider brewers who brew beer. JMHO. Now a little bit of that sweet alky thing begins to manifest itself into my gullet. Not bad overall, a way above average fruit cider fer sure. Not many if any ill attributes identified. I liked this, good example of a well done, not so sweet, fruity cider.

Tap. Big and black. Smell is scintillating perfumy soothing impy stout aromas. Taste is straight up on style with a smoothness that must be experienced. Yes, that smoothness makes it a little different than most rude impy stout. Don’t get me wrong, the imp stout style itself is freaken rude. However, this brew possesses a civility that can overcome most nasty imp stout attributes. Smoother creamy palate and palate effects.
