Bottle 33cl. @home poured into a tumbler. Murky deep golden colour, small fizzy white head, quickly dissipating, no lacing. Aroma wheat malt, apple, some banana. Taste medium sweet and slightly bitter, wheat, apple, some orange peel, light spicy notes. Thin body, watery texture, flat carbonation, short light sweetbitter aftertaste, light acidity, just decent.

Can. Thanks to Wolf..A light haze on this amber beer, small and short lived bubbly pale tan head. Light palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Thin bodied malts, a thin caramel and cream sweetness. Crisp bright pine and pretty mild Calvados booze and floral apple. Acacia wood? Strewth! It's been awhile but the slightly sweet and floral woodiness, rings true. Fair bit of boozy spice on the finish along with, a fair dose of sweet esters. A charmingly naieive Barleywine. No malt depth at all but, the other elements combine well enough to entertain.

0.33 l can from 'Mr. Hop', canned in December 2024. Hazy, golden amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, gently fruity-floral aroma of peach, honey and orange peel. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, gently dry, minimally fruity-floral taste of grains, some orange peel, a touch of honey and hints of corn flakes, followed by a short, moderately bitter, gently dry finish. Almost medium-bodied, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay, not very interesting.

Can from Mr. Hop.
A: hazy black, stable, small, beige head.
A: pink grapefruit, fried mushroom, brambleberry, red onion.
T: sweetish dried fig, raisin, bitter grapefruit, herbs.
F: earthy hops, grapefruit peel, herbs & pine.
P: light body, slick texture, soft carbonation.
Almost a BIPA, but lighter - too light - in body.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, orange golden colour with average to huge, fluffy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Citrusy fruity aroma, slightly bready, minimally earthy, wheaty malty background, weak, herbal-spicy overtones, notes of yuzu, hints of bread crust, a touch of caraway, mineral overtones. Taste is citrusy fruity, slightly yeasty spicy and bready, wheaty malty, notes of yuzu, hints of caraway, spiced bread, a mineral touch.
Watery texture, minimally dry palate, medium to fine, foamy, prickly carbonation.
Drinkable, fairly refreshing - nice Wit variant.

--- Beer merged from original tick of Spices Delight on 25 Apr 2025 at 19:12 - Score: Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.
