500 ml bottle shared by ClarkVV. Dude, thanks! When was the good amount of red wine with soft oak. Mild Brett that doesn’t overwhelm the palate. Mildly funky but it is mostly oak and red wine.

Brewery draught, 7/6/24. Nose is spicy, earthy, herbal noble hops. Big malts with more hop notes of pepper and finally fruity yeast. Clean. Clean and malty, zesty, peppery, spicy hops with so much malt depth and mildly fruity (stone fruit) yeast. So elegant, malty and balanced.

4 oz Aroma is raisin, toffee with ale yeast. Flavor is a great representation of the style. Really great for a young barley wine.

Brewery draught, 7/6/24. Lighter, honey-golden-amber. Wow! That's a lot of smoke and it's heavy peat/iodine! Rich, salted bacon and light wood. Salty as hell with intense iodine and rich malts. Dries out with salt and light campfire in the end but remains quite intensely malty.

Brewery draught, 7/6/24. Almost a hi t of perfume/spice. Juicy, deep caramel and toffee with big base malts and a hint of earth. Buttery toffee with rich, rich malts, mineral and earth. Light spice, heavy mineral and rich malt lingering. Absolutely stunning flavors and malt textures.

4 oz draft. Bold roast, soft ash. Flavor is the same with the addition of mild would like hints and ash. A great amount of flavor given the gravity. Well done!

Brewery draught, 7/6/24. Rich maltiness without too much roast. Lots of mineral, lots of base malt and excellent yeast character. Soft, richly malted, light chocolate, scant but appropriate hop and mild bitterness. So much God damned flavor for its size. Raisin, plum, chocolate, vanilla...crisp, dry, snappy finish too.

Brewery draught, 7/6/24. Clear dark magenta tinged mahogany. Small, white head quickly to ring. Roasty with strong mineral and light ash. Moderate base malt for balance with chocolate and very light cherry. Dry but nicely malty, fruity, chocolatey, not too toasty/roasty. Mineral and light ash. Very clean and drinkable.
