Can to tulip.
Appearance: glossy orange haziness with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some sly messy lace
Aroma: swift citrusy to piney and grassy hops meshing with a sly tropical fruity hops, mild bready malts
Flavor: bittersweet juicy hoppiness - well blended, mild aftertaste of citrusy and piney-ness
Texture: medium bodied - maybe a touch under, leans toward being a sipper, finishes fruity hopped toned with a sly crisp-ness to it
Overall: nicely done NEDIPA worthy of returning to.

Can to becher pint glass.
Appearance: hazy burnt orange color with a three finger foamy white head which dissipated nicely to leave some mild lace
Aroma: tropical fruits, citrus, pine and some dankiness, clean malts underneath
Flavor: prior mentioned aromas blend nicely into a clean bittersweet quality rolling into a nice danky to piney to tropical fruity aftertaste
Texture: medium bodied, between sessionable and being a sipper; semi-smooth and slightly dry, finishes danky and piney
Overall: pretty nicely done NEIPA I would be willing to come back to.

Can to becher pint glass.
Appearance: two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some spotty messy lace
Aroma: orange juice; pineapple, some mangoes and white grapes meshing together over top of some clean malts
Flavor: mildly sweet initially but ends up becoming bittersweet with more sips; mild aftertaste of white grapes, pineapple and orange juice
Texture: medium bodied with some sessionability about it; fairly hoppy clean along my tongue; finishes somewhat like orange juice and with the pineapples
Overall: pretty nicely done NEIPA. This is not a flavored IPA, all those fruits I mentioned came out of the different hops.

Flavor: bittersweet from the hops to the malts; clean aftertaste of grapefruity hops and malts
Texture: light to medium bodied, fair sessionability, mild hop grip on my tongue; clean grapefruity hop finish
Overall: pretty nice AIPA for the most part, I'd have again.

Can to snifter.
Appearance: dark brown close to black color with a small khaki cap of a head. Dissipated and didn't leave any lace.
Aroma: roasty stout components with genuine coconut
Flavor: sweet and roasty through the prior noted aromas; mild aftertaste of coconut
Texture: about medium bodied - maybe a touch under, good sipper, finishes dry and roasty while the coconut is a bit more faded here
Overall: great job on this, especially using real coconut and keeping it at a level which isn't distracting.

16 oz can. Aroma is citrus pith, weak mango mixed with marijuana. The flavor follows with mild mango and citrus, but again strong presence of marijuana. The Strata is really strong in this one. Borderline bong water.

On tap at Manhattan Pizza. Pours a dark amber with small off white head that lasts. The aroma is toasted malt and dark fruit. Medium body, raisin, leather, light dry finish, very good.

16 oz. can. Even when cold, the aroma shows a lasting coconut. Flavor is bold roasted malt, coconut, and light bitter chocolate for balance. Body and texture are really great for the gravity. This is by far the best beer I have had from this brewery.
