Can to tulip.
Appearance: glossy burnt orange color with a finger and a half's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: stifled mixed citrusy hops along with some mixed tropical fruity hops; good clean malt base
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a semi-bitter to bittersweet sort of quality; finishes with that stifled mixed citrusy hop tones and coming across somewhat bitter
Texture: light to medium bodied, some sessionability; light smoothness but some of that rawness maybe a bit chewy note entertaining the tongue in an odd sort of way
Overall: the aromas are somewhat good maybe not as expressive as I would have liked. Don't get me wrong, I feel as if there's something good here - it just needs that extra push to get over the top.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: glossy burnt orange to copper color with a light transparency about it and a two finger white foamy head which slid off delicately to leave some light lace
Aroma: light honey malts in front then a light piney to muted grapefruity hop tone then back to the malts but slightly in a semi-sugary sort of way then a touch of perfume
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine bitter quality with a breaking sugary toned backdrop; finishes the same way
Texture: light to medium bodied; leaning towards being a sipper; slight smoothness but also a little bit of something raw seems to be nipping the tongue - hmmmm, not exactly sure if it feels as good as it could have been
Overall: what an odd DIPA, definitely leaves me scratching my beard a bit.

Can to stange glass.
Appearance: semi-clear yellow color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: super light sweet floral hops and some biscuity malts
Flavor: copies the aromas pretty spot on in a light sweet sort of way; finishes crisp and malty
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; very smooth along the tongue; good carb level
Overall: pretty good Kolsch - perhaps a bit lighter than other Kolsches I've had but I could still come back to this.

Can to lager glass.
Appearance: clear yellow color with a three finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: some floral to super light mixed citrusy hops; nice cracker malt base
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine malty to hop bittersweet quality; finishes semi-floral with a light malt level
Texture: light bodied, very sessionable; pretty smooth along the tongue; good carb level
Overall: the next time I have this it'll most likely be straight out of the can while fishing or grilling.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: golden orange color with a finger and a half of white foamy head which dissipated nicely and barely left any lace
Aroma: melon to mixed citrusy to pineapple-y hop notes up front with a stiff biscuity malt backbone
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a bitter leaning quality with a light sweetness trying to blend in super mildly; finishes semi-bitter with a dusty pineapple sort of tone to it
Texture: light to medium bodied; some sessionability about this one; some smoothness but also a little bit of some hop assertiveness but nothing over the top
Overall: there's something good here but doesn't seem expressed well enough and I can't quite right put my finger on it but needs a bit of something else to push this to the top.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: cloudy amber color with a two finger white foamy head which slid off a nice pace to leave some light lace
Aroma: some mixed citrusy hops with orange peel but lots of old school malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fair bitter to bittersweet character; finishes bitter and malty
Texture: medium bodied, would be sessionable but seems kinda stiff in the quality; light smoothness but for a supposed "NEIPA" this seems more bitter than expected
Overall: Red Barn says it's a "NEIPA" but I don't see it as one.

Can to mug.
Appearance: copper/amber color with a finger and a half of white foamy head which dissipated nicely and left a little bit of lace
Aroma: caramel/toffee malts, diacetyl and some earthy to grassy hops
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a sweet to bittersweet character; finishes grassy and malty
Texture: light to medium bodied, would be sessionable if I could get past the diacetyl (seems to be getting a little bit overdone with this beer); some smoothness
Overall: not one of their better beers
*update - this was retired so they could brew a whole new Marzen recipe which is what they call Requiem

Can to nonic glass.
Appearance: amber color with a two finger off white frothy head which slid off delicately to leave some light lace
Aroma: some piney & mixed citrusy hops with a light caramel/toffee malt backbone (some cleanliness but also seemed a little bit of dirtiness to the malts)
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a bitter to bittersweet quality; finishes some of citrusy tones but with a tad of dirty malts
Texture: light to medium bodied, somewhat sessionable; some smoothness but also some earthy grit in there
Overall: this one needs some work, I know it's an old school APA but they need to clean up those malts
