On tap at Churchkey, pours a translucent, murky dark brown with some khaki head. Nose is quite nice, malty, dry bread, a little date, yeast. Flavor has some tamarind maybe, malt, bread, yeast. Finishes medium bodied, dry. Exceptionally well made and spot on for the style.

Passion fruit and some guava, though less of the latter than I would prefer. Lots of salt and some lime. Tangy end. Tap at Churchkey.

Very nice stuff for a dunkel. Sharp roast and a bite of dark chocolate like you stole some kid's candy on Halloween. Black pour with good head and lacing. Light bitter end. Very well balanced and belongs near top of category. Tap at Churchkey.

Draft at 8 Degrees Plato. Pours a clear straw color with a full 2 fingers of white foam that lingers. Bready malt nose with a touch of butter and grassy hops. Medium body, herbal hops, peppercorn and bread. Touch of lemon zest and more peppercorn on the finish. Great from top to bottom.

16oz can labeled as Resilience from CBC H Street pours a clear gold with some white head that was frothy, then faded. Nose is right on point, corn, yeast, white dough, grains, very fresh smelling. Flavor has a little metal finally, under baked white bread, honey, grains, a little lemon. Finishes medium bodied, lightly creamy. Close your eyes and you could be drinking this in Prague. 7 4 7 4 14

Pours hazy straw into a tulip. Bright white micro head with good retention recedes leaving scant sheets. Guava and passion fruit aromas. Tart with passion fruit upfront turning to sweet guava before the lasting lacto aspirin finish. Nice.
