16oz can from Bier Cellar. Cloudy golden, fast dissipating head. Bready aroma with light yeasty notes. Taste is lemony, malty. I would suggest this a wheat ale, as the usual weizen yeast and accompanying characteristic are missing.

Pours slightly hazed deep gold into a stem glass. White soapy head with good retention crackles and recedes leaving trailing spots. Sweet banana aromas. Soft and thin with banana upfront turning to bubblegum and hot banana peel in the sour earth finish.

33cl bottle I picked up at the brewery pours a crystal clear gold with some white head. Nose has some smoke and malt and lemon, some passionfruit curd, lemon curd. Flavors all follow and are really well integrated, lemony, salty, some mild smoke, some malt pinning everything down. There's a great minerality. Tart finish, dry, minerally. Simple but very tasting.
