Flute pours a sunset orange with frothy white head. Nose has orange and some muddled fruit, some yeast and grist. Flavor isn't as good, pithy, citrus, grass, yeast. Finishes a bit tannic. 6 4 6 3 11

On tap at River Road tavern Lightly hazy light gold in color with a thin white head that recedes. Light crackery bread with some earthy spicy hops and a bit of astringency. Needs a bit of work but not horrible.

Can pour from trade with Johnnnniee via the Packie--thanks, John! It's a hazy dark yellow-light brown with decent sparkle, finger-width white foamy head with poor retention and sparse lacing. Aroma is moderately strong wheat, fruity esters, bubblegum, clove, hint of tart fruit. Taste is strong wheat, European malts, fruity esters, bubblegum, light banana, hint of tart fruit. Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, average-to-lively carbonation and finish as taste with dry mild lingering bitterness. Overall, a nice complexity and strength of aromas and flavors. Nice.

16 oz. can. Aroma is all cold brew coffee. The flavor has lasting coffee, slight prune, with a very mild sour hint underneath. Texture is thinner with a dry texture. I wish I could find more of the Schwarzbier. Also, the sour note throws this off a bit.

No date on can. Couldn’t find information about this on the brewery website either. Slightly hazy deep gold color. Aroma shows me slight citrus, herbal hints and for some strange reason coconut. Why do I taste coconut? Weak citrus, mild earthy bitterness. Lighter body. It shows mild drinkability.

Aroma has slight caramel, apples nuance. Flavor is toffee, dark fruit hints, toasted grain. Mild earthy bitterness in the finish. Body leans on the thin side. For the style just ok for me.

Aroma shows me weak cracker, light milled grain, yeast. Flavor is what the aroma suggests. Body is extremely light (bordering watery). Still overall, drinkable.

Keg at Great Lost Bear - Portland. Pours clear yellow with a foamy, white head. Not much to the nose, some vague pale grains, dry bread. Light sweet flavour with a subtle tangy off note, soft bitter hay. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Somewhat dry in the finish, more or grains, hay. So so overall. Drinkable.
