Tap at drunken duck refettorio birraio. Dark gold color very light haze big rocky thick white head. Massively malty and hoppy, beefy, thick, pale malts, grass, hops resin. Taste balanced sticky and well bitterHeavy and thick body, a bit hard on the tongue, well hidden strong alcohol which got me flying in no time.

On tap @Mad for Beer (Rome). Giallo paglierino, torbida, schiuma bianca media. Al naso note di bergamotto, citriche, fieno, frumento. In bocca è dolce all'attacco con finale appena amaro. Corpo leggero, carbonazione media. Una blanche un po' più strutturata, senza infamia e senza lode.

Draf @ Beer Time on Tap, Roma. Dorée, col blanc crémeux. Arôme au bouquet mettant en avant un léger effet de levure passée - anglais, houblons fermentés - c-hops correct mais où levure prend un peu trop e place. Palais est finement amer avec un accompagnement houblonné tropical, pamplemousse, juicy hops, poudre herbacée. Fini est sec sur une base presque wyeast anglaise qui est sèche et un côté lactose/amer où le malt pils revient plus devant.
