Description

Bottle @ home. Clear amber color, medium to full sized off-white to beige head. Aroma is malts, some iron. Taste malts, again some iron, malt bitter, bitter hops. Decent to medium body, medium carbonation. Decent beer, but to me it tastes more like an amber colored bitter IPA.

Bottle sampled at Winterbierfestival Gouda. Clear dark golden with barely any head. Very grainy, some sugar, again what to me is now typical Noordt Spa Rood minerals, musty dried apricots. Light sweet and very light bitter. Medium bodied with slick feel and low carbonation.

Bottle sampled at Winterbierfestival Gouda. Clear mahohany with beige head. Massive cardboard up front, brown sugar, some bitter vegetables, light caramel and like all the Noordt beers there’s this Spa Red mineral taste that I really dislike in Spa water and also in beer. Medium sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied.
