At The Unknown Brewing Company we are more than just a name. A name does not mean you make good beer, and good beer does not have to have a name.

Our job is to stand out. We are the open road with no destination. We are your first kiss or your last time jumping out of an airplane, or whatever your wildest adventure is. We are The Unknown.

So if you need us to have a name, make one up. If you make one up we prefer you call us something with adventure, or America, or dragons or something epic. That would be awesome. All we know is that we are good people whose mission is to make really great beer and have fun doing it. So our call to you... Step into the Unknown

Draft at Release the Funk. Hazy brownish maroon color. Nice raspberry tart aroma. Taste is softly sour berries and roast. Nice.

Draft at Release the Funk. Deep reddish brown color, small tan head. Aroma is herbal and fruity. Taste is rooty, if that’s a word (it is now), herbal, light fruit. Interesting.

Sample at the Beer Heads MeetUp bottle share event in October 2014. Pours clear orange copper with an off white head. Fruity nose. Citrus flavors with a strong malt backbone. Bitter finish.

Draft at the source. Very dark clear maroon color, brown head with good retention and solid lacing. Aroma of coffee grounds, dark cocoa. Taste is nice roast, dark fruit, medium to light body, easy drinking.
