Our job is to stand out. We are the open road with no destination. We are your first kiss or your last time jumping out of an airplane, or whatever your wildest adventure is. We are The Unknown.
So if you need us to have a name, make one up. If you make one up we prefer you call us something with adventure, or America, or dragons or something epic. That would be awesome. All we know is that we are good people whose mission is to make really great beer and have fun doing it. So our call to you... Step into the Unknown
Nice and light tropical fruit flavors, don't get much kettle sour note, tasty! Thanks FlandersNed !

473ml can. Minimally milky, orange golden colour with small to average, frothy, fading white head. Tangy, wheaty malty and slightly fruity aroma, notes of lime and salt. Taste is tart, tangy, fruity and slightly wheaty malty, notes of lime, salt, a touch of sour malt, a very subtle touch of rum. Watery texture, slightly astringent palate, medium, scattered, prickly carbonation. Fairly refreshing, a tad simple and monotonous - OK.

Crisp and ever so slightly hazy golden coloured body with a nice, rich three to four centimetre tall tan head that covers the beer nicely! Aroma of grass, very piney and resinous hops that show a PNW slant along with a nice alpha acid bitterness and a good deal of floral notes towards the end, with a nice balance of malts as well and a tiny bit of sweetness noticeable in the nose - perhaps from honey? Medium-bodied; Very hop-forward, grassy and herbal flavours show way up front with a lot of bitterness, but a good deal of malts coupled with the hops for a good balance and a rich quality, especially at the end. Aftertaste is very hoppy with a nice bitterness, a good herbal and piney bite along with the sweetness that comes out at the very end that brings a touch of flowers too - very nice throughout and especially at the end. Overall, a well-balanced, fairly West Coastie IPA with a lot of old school bitterness and qualities with a good balance, not much sweetness and a robust quality throughout. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint pour on draught at Mason Social [restaurant] in [old town] Alexandria, Virginia on 05-March-2022 for my Wife's Birthday in interruption of my month-without-alcohol, Happy Birthday Amanda, with all my kids as well for US$7,00. 8,4,8,3,15
