Bottle. Clear deep ruby. Lavender, lots of gear ns and grain husks, corn tortillas, light tannins, buckwheat, cherries, red wine. Under medium sweet and sour. Medium bodied. Nice like always!

Good, bit irregular white head over finely carbonated orange-golden beer. Spicy, herbal, aromatic, Wurzig nose a mile out; herbs, cypress, pine, tad rosemary. Sourish, citrus, lime, kafir lime, lemonbalm, lemonthyme. Sunflower, immortelles, grapes and indeed grapeskins. Persistent head allows some creamy texture; quite well-carbonated, slick. Feels better bodied than 5% would warrant. Long lasting flavours. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE!! Can somehow somebody revive this utter gem of a brewery? Pretty please!!!

Bottle from lowcostbeer. Misty gold with moderate sized fluffy white head. Aroma of lemon meringue, grains, floral hop - has a very nice fresh and fragrant nose to it. Flavour starts with some lemon then herbs, floral sap, grains, grass. Light bodied, drying but refreshing with a soft carbonation to match. Excellent.

Bottle. Hazy golden with bubbly short lasting head. Oak, peach, quite some dry herbs, sage, dried spring flowers. Medium sweet, sour and bitter. It's ropey so hard to judge the body, this needs a bit of time to get rid of the ropeyness.

Bottle shared. Clear light golden. Soft wheat, vanilla, huge lime leaves, lots of aromatic herbs, woodruff, dry wood and white wine. Medium sweet and a bit less sour. Medium bodied. Great.

Bottle. Color: Hazy purplish red, fast disappearing lightly pink head. Arom: Funky, grapeskin. Taste: Grapeskin, oak wood, quite a lot of tannins, hints of forest fruit and vanilla, rural and lightly leathery funk. Medium body, below average carbonation. Over moderate to medium tartness. Lightly foamy and dry mouthfeel.

Tap at het Klooster, Delft: Hazy yellow colored brew with an weak sour taste, some hints of citrus and spices. But its too watery so pumped it up, and it will be great there is potential.
