Draft. Mahogany beer with a tan head. Light malt aroma. Malt and light caramel flavor with light citrus. Medium bodied. Malt and light caramel linger with light grapefruit.

Taster at Cyprez Tap Room, Ciudad de México. Cloudy,gold colored. AROMA- fruity sour, citrusy, apple. FLAVOR- neutral, moderately bitter, apple,citrusy, pleasantly herbal. Medium bodied. Tasty.

Draught at El Grifo, Tulum. Cloudy, black colored. AROMA- roasted, touch of sourness, chocolate, caramel, something like clove or star anise or ginger bread - very pleasant aromas. FLAVOR- neutral to slightly sweet, lightly bitter, roasted, chocolate, coffee, caramel, a bit earthy. Medium bodied. Very good.

Roast and citrus hops. That faint hint of licorice that pops up sometimes in black IPAs. Bitter finish. Decent but lacks a big flavour profile. Simple. Tap at drunkendog.

Mild hopfiger und genauso leicht herber Beginn. Geringe Karbonisierung, wenig bitter, es mangelt an Vollmundigkeit. Langer, hell malzig-herber Abgang. 10/11/10/9/10
