I am not a hugh fan of Creemore Springs beer but this one is pretty good. Dark and roasted, its taste compare to many german bocks I have had in the past month, and it should. The head was almost non existant but I figured I could have poured it more vigourously. The scents of coffee and burnt malt were very nice. Not smooth but not bitter was the end result on the palate. Great Bock all around!!

Copper colour with a thin white head. Aroma of malt and graham crackers. Medium-bodied; Astringent malt flavours up front, soon showing a bit sweeter tastes. Aftertaste is fairly bittering-not pleasant, but not horribly offensive. All-in-all, a decent beer-but nothing special. I got this pint at the Scruffy Something in Toronto, Ontario on 05-December-2003.

Pourred a dark amber brew with almost no head (that was alittle bit disapointing). Taste is very refreshing and sweet with great taste of hops. Very german type of lager. Would drink this again anytime.

Amber colour. Fresh, fruity hop aroma. Toasted grains in the flavour underpin more flowery, fruity hops. Sweet and dry at the same time.
