Pours a dark brown with very little copper highlights. The head is big, deep warm beige, almost creamy, somewhat frothy with creamy lacing. Aromas of coffee and molasses well-blended with hints of chocolate. Eventually, nutty notes come out with mild vanilla. The roasted malt base is felt as well. This is also the case in the flavours. Nicely balanced between wet and slightly dry. Kind of thin though. Really hard to taste the coconut. If I did not know, would think this is just a nice easy-drinking stout.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a dark honey gold color with a medium sized foamy white head that left decent lacing. The aroma was sweetish with sour mash and light fruity hops. The flavor was sweetish and malty with sour mash and light fruity hops. Medium length finish. Medium bodied and smooth.

Pours a clean amber colour with a big warm cap, long lasting and some light foam spots. Mild hop aromas over caramel malts. The taste is on the malt side as well with hints of orange peel in the finish. Hints of grains and caramel. Goes down easily and becomes hazier by the pour. A decent mild, crisp, slightly dry Pale Ale that is refreshing for summer.

Can from the LCBO. Hazy dark amber with a large fluffy off white head that fades quickly. Nose is caramel, grains, orange, light pine and some grass. Flavour is light+ caramel sweetness and a light+ grassy bitterness and just a hint of orange tartness. Mouth is medium- with average carbonation and a crisp finish. OK. 6+/3/6+/3/13
