On tap at Schilling Cider House - Seattle, pours a hazy blonde, no head. Aroma is loaded with passionfruit, with light funk and some farmhouse character. Flavour reveals a ton of bright passionfruit, followed by subtle crisp apples and some champagne. Crisp, bright and amazingly tropically fruity. Excellent.

Tap at Cap Tap. Pours almost water clear with a few white bubbles. Nice passionfruit aroma. Med body or nearly. Flavor is tangy passionfruit. Intense. Almost like guava. Pretty dry; not at all bitter. Consider my head turned. Very tasty.

Tap at Cap Tap. Pours translucent perry color with a very slight white head. Aroma is a mix of ripe and slightly ripe pineapple. Near med body. Flavor is a jolt of fairly ripe pineapple, followed by what seems pear but turns out to be apple. Maybe there’s a slight pineapple acidity. Excellent.

On tap at Schilling Cider House - PDX, pours a hazy blonde with a tiny head. Aroma brings out fresh mango, accentuated with subtle habanero character. Flavour is sweet, with tons of mango, accentuated by light habanero flavour without the burn. Fun but gimmicky.

Tap at Cap Tap. Pours translucent cider color with no bubbles. Aroma is cider, but my capsaicin sensors twitched. Near med body. The flavor is cider, mango and chili, but it’s not simple. Cider, then mango, but a little burn on the back tongue edges. It’s not all that hot. The capsaicin sensors haven’t sounded the alert. I’m thinking non-hot habaneros were use. The burn might be heat. Quite an interesting and quaffable cider.

Lovely bottle, red wax dipped. Pours a clear yellow hue with sticky legs. A big boozy apple nose. Very smooth, not super hot, apples, bursting flavors, but not as sweet as Quebec ice ciders. Some tannins. Very nice.

Bottle at share. Mildly murky golden, noe head. Aroma greets you with a blast of alcohol. Then apples, flavor too, but the alcohol obliterates anything else. reminds me of German apfelkorn (schnapps).
