Description

At 2 Towns Ciderhouse we believe that the long history of cidermaking demands respect and deserves to be done right. Starting with the highest quality, whole ingredients from local farms, we take no shortcuts in crafting our ciders. We refuse to add processed sugars or concentrates and instead use slow, cold fermentation methods to allow the fruit to speak for itself. As a family-owned company, we are committed to the growth of our team and enrichment of our communities. We take pride in producing a true Northwest craft cider.

Bottle. Pours a clear yellow color with a small white bubbly head. A big sweet fruity hop nose. The flavor is sweet fruity hops, funky, musty. Rhubarb. Odd.

Draft at The Stihl Whiskey Bar. Very pale golden, lively carbonation. Sharp apple aroma and taste, with gentle ginger accents. Very tasty and refreshing.

On tap at Elizabeth Station, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light apples, no notes of kiwi. Flavour brings out a spicy kiwi notes, with flat green apples. Lightly sweet on the finish. It's not very good.

Vinous aroma. Purple. Very marionberry flavor. Sweet with light tart notes. Medium dry body. Nice.

Slightly hazy gold. Tart apple with very mild sweet fruit notes. Drinks sweeter than the aroma let’s on with a slightly tart and dry finish. Medium bodied. Easy drinking.

Golden. Medium thin body. Lightly sweet and tart apple with loads of spice and cinnamon. The spice lingers. The 10.5% is really well hidden. Not something I’d want too much but it is interesting.

Bottle - Sweet pear, lychee and tropical white fruits. Cloudy gold with a small white head. Tart and light acidic fruity notes. Rhubarb is a bit odd, it comes out much sweeter than expected and lots of pear.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is extremely juicy, with shitloads of oranges, rhubarbs and light citrus. Flavour is along the same lines, with an extremely juicy citrusy, orangey, rhubarb content. Very juicy, medium sweet, but doesn't really strike me as a cider. Fun stuff though and for what it is, it's very drinkable.

Cloudy and very pale. No head. Has rhubarb on the nose, with apple skins, and an almost pear-character. Has a nice juicy character, nice apple sweetness, and I like that rhubarb tartness in the finish. Very drinkable, this is a refreshing, balanced cider. Quality.

Light pour, no carbonation. Looks like white wine. Aroma also vinous, bit chalky, really, feels like white wine for me. Dry and a bit sweetish. But more about dry.
