Bomber from the Davis Food Co-op. Pours translucent light gold with a few white bubbles. Aroma of lightly funky cider - very lightly. Med body or so. Flavor starts a bit sweet, but there's some apple skin astringency. I think there's some oak astringency too. There's a little funk, very little, but enough to remind of Norman farmhouse. Very slightly. It's a very drinkable cider, tho more barrel and funk would be nice.

Tap @ Schilling Cider House, Portland. Pours clear pale gold, light, sweet medium fruit character, drying close. Expected a cloudier complexion, and richer pure fruit but this is a fairly bland medium sweet cider with little depth of flavour.

Taster at Meriwether. Light straw body, small wispy bubbles for head. Fruity aroma, more berreis and citrus than apples. Taste also gives over to the fruit, the lemon a bit more prominent than the berries and apples. Smooth, mildly tart.

Bomber from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours perry color with white bubbles. Getting the aroma took a deep, long inhale, but it is clearly passionfruit. Near med body. Flavor is passionfruit, some citrus, and arguably some apple - tho the apple is well covered over by the passionfruit. Liking this!

Tap at OBF 2019. Pours perry color with a few bubbles. Aroma is earthy, rustic appleskin. Near med body. Flavor is dry, earthy rustic appleskin. Nigh farmhouse, even closing in on Normandy ciders. Very good American cider.

The Aromas are apple cider and spices. The flavors are odd mix of qualities that are not entirely Pleasant. Flavors are on the sweet side, rotten apples, other fruit, maybe a little tea.
