375ml at Matt's amenity room. Appearance: deep mukry straw with a white head. Aroma: grapes with some wild and barrel character. Taste: dry, unripe grapes, a bit of wild character and barrel. Overall: not bad, but tastes weird.

Pale purple, thin head. On the nose, it has a pretty nice fruitiness - cab franc mostly I would say. Has a little bit of spiciness, mild tartness, lots of barrel, vinous notes. Balanced and complex.

A hazed golden saison with a thick frothy creamy lacing white head. In aroma, nice tart mix of lime, honey, light Brett, ground cherry. In mouth, a nice mix of tart fruit, light acidity, nice honey, pleasant. Bottle from brewery.

Tasting at Oakes' Manor, bottle
Dark brown colour. Sour, a bit earthy, some residual sweetness keeps the body afloat.
Good.

375ml at Josh's roof. Appearance: brown with a beige head. Aroma: fermented berries, funky. Taste: moderately to high sour, some roasted malts, nice berries in aftertaste. Overall: hard to assess not being a fan of the style, it's pretty good for the fans I suppose, but it's meh for me.

375mL bottle, pours a murky dark reddish brown with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out a strange combo of vanilla, apricots, and oak. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of vanilla, acidic apricots, and a little oak. Some pithy berries in there too. Not overly cohesive, but it's a fun concotion.

Brownish colour, maybe a bit of red. It's a dark sour, with sort of a fleshy dark grape kind of taste. The dark fruitiness is deep, there's a bit of a woody accent. It's okay, for a dark sour, and the character is admittedly unique. Just can't say it's my thing.
