Cloudy orange pour with a medium white head. Aroma is very flowery, and very grassy, with strong yeasty flavours and some light pine. Crisp and clean mouth feel, soft carb. Finish is lightly bitter, and super grassy.

Bottle from the brewery. Hezy yellow pour with a large white head. Aroma is oak forward with strong, semi sweet barrel notes with some soft citrus and stone fruit. Great funky notes, a little peppery, light hints of spice. Low bitterness, good funk and tart, lots of hops and tropical fruit, with an earthy, barrel finish.

Can from the brewery. Hazy yellow pour, large white head. Aroma is tropical, with some stone fruit, andf light citrus oils. A soft vinous quality, white grape, with a little bit of a tart backdrop. Nice mouth feel, soft carb. Medium bitterness, vinous in the finish, with some soft stone fruit.

Loads of tropical fruit and some intense barrels and funkiness. The barrel has a field day with this beer. Huge notes of dank oak, and vinous notes. Lively mouth feel and carb. Low bitterness, loads of fun and tartness. Big fruit, especially stone fruit, and some light spice.

Bottle from the brewery. Hazy yellow pour, large white head. Huge amounts of sharp lime, light berries and some solid funky tartness. Lively mouth feel, lively carb. Jasmine wafts in the aroma, light tea flavours, more lime notes and great tartness.

Dark purple pours, big pinkish/purple head. Red wine barrel is very up front. Dark vinous notes with copious amounts if tartness with some berries and light oak. Perfect mouth feel, great carb. Finish is bright and tart, with some light blue berry, and just random berry flavours. Light bitterness, lots if vinous red wine notes and woody vanilla. Complex and quite nice.

Bottle from the brewery. Pours a hazy orange with a large white head. Very tart lactic Aroma. Soft stone fruit, up front oak, hints if vanilla and some tropical fruit. Lovely carb, bright, crisp mouth feel. Very tart, bordering on sour finish, with low bitterness. The oak mingles well with the stone fruit and emparts a light white wine character. Complex, and quite nice.

Can from the brewery, served at room temp, didn't feel like warming it. Cloudy red pour, large pink head. Loads of sour cherries with a hint of orange zest in the background and light spice. Full body, soft carb. Very tart finish, loads of cherries, and more light spice. The tart cherries are what this beer is about, and as it warms the tartness really comes to the fore, nice stuff.

Bottle from the brewery. Hazy golden pour, with a large white head. Funk lemon rind Aroma, with light earthy rosemary, save and hints of citrus oil. Mouth feel is crisp, carb is lively. Finish is refreshing and dry. Herbal, citrusy, lemony, and earthy. Light tropical notes, sage lingers, light pepper.
