(473ml can from The Wheeled, Barrie ON) Pours quite hazy yellow with a decent white head and spotty lace. Notes of lime zest, key lime pie filling, moderate-plus lactic tartness, some pulpy grapefruit, clear vanilla and lactose sweetness plus the impression of white coconut, finish is semi-sour with a little lactose dessert offset and grated lime zest, low bitterness. Light to medium bodied, soft carbonation. Quite a solid if relatively uncomplex sour 'pastry' IPA.

A lightly hazed blonde ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light lemony notes, OK. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with pink grapefruit, light acidic notes, OK. Can from Cheshire Cat.

On tap at The Greater Good, pours a hazy bright amber with a small white head. Aroma is murky and earthy, with light cherry pith and earthy notes. Flavour is full of lacto upfront, followed by cherry, and some tartness. Simple and lame, but not terrible. Meh.

On tap at Bar Hop Brewco, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with musty, funky character, light rosehops, and some saison yeast. Flavour is musty and funky, with light rosehips, moderate bitterness, and rustic notes. There's a bit of old sweat socks here that aren't so pleasant. Okay.

Yep they nailed it with this version of Chroma Key, bite of aserbic kettle sour, seamlessly transitions into flavours of lime and maraschino cherries all on clean malt base. Lingering cherries and mild sour. Really good.

Flavours of citrus, resin, pith and cream over a mildly sweet grassy malt base. A touch of dustiness coming through near the end. Finishing with some bitterness, with a long aftertaste of sweet citrus and pith. Decent.

Another Chroma, this one coming in purple. Purple with some brown undertones to be exact, with airy slightly purple head. Really nice nose of sweet blackberries, and a little funk. Taste brings the tart, aserbic right of front, but the berry works is way forward a couple of sips in. They work well together, but the malt base feels a little thin. Decent kettle.

Can given to me by my friend Chris, so thanks! Pours a murky golden with some fluffy white head. Fairly strong resin and pine hops that comes off a little aggressive, with grapefruit juice and pith. Finishes a little bitter. Decent and it smooths out as you head towards the bottom.

Can picked up from the Brewery, drunk straight from the can while sitting in my yard. Classy. So no pour or colour info on this, but I leave that for the next reviewer. Nice bright flavour. Neutral base of mild malts and sweet fruit that is the Chardonnay. It transitions smoothly into resin, and floral hops. Leave you with a lovely fruity overall with a hop bite and mild bitterness on the finish. Well done.

A new one to their Chroma series. Staff at the brewery suggested it warm up a degree or two, rather than fridge cold (which is always a good suggestion.) Pour clear, with a strong gold with pink and orange tinge, decent white active head that dissipates quickly. Light bretty funk on the nose, with sweet hay malt, and little tropical fruits. Solid taste, with a moderate funk bite over mild hay malts and even tropical fruit and mango. Nice.
