A lightly hazed rosey ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity mix of tart raspberry, light lactic notes, light strawberries, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity mix of tart berries, light mineral notes, pleasant and smooth. Can at brewery.

Olfactif fruité avec notes de pamplemousse et annanas laissant également passer quelques résines issues du dry-hop. Un tout petit bout de pain issu de la base maltée se laisse découvrir également. Belle grosse mousse crémeuse sur liquide doré orangé opaque et flou. Pamplemousse, annanas, mangue composent le fruité de l’entrée de bouche. La finale nous donne une toute légère âpreté qui traine en fond de bouche. Moyennement corpulente et soyeuse elle se classe parmi les moyennement bonnes NEIPA du Québec.

Canette 473ml. Gusher. Couleur orange opaque, mousse orangée aérienne et très (trop) abondante, gros dépôt au fond du verre. Arôme de pamplemousse, malt, pellets de houblon. Goût de houblon résineux, amertume très élevée, malt, pamplemousse, pellet de houblon. Carbonatation faible, corps dense.
