A hazed golden ale with a thin creamy lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with loads of citrusy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with loads of citrusy floral hops, light sulfur, pleasant and smooth. On tap at brewery.

A hazed blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light cloves, banana esters, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light banana esters, cloves, light mineral notes, classic and smooth. On tap at brewery.

(On tap @ Birreria Volo, Toronto, Apr 20/18) Pours black with a small pale brown head. Notes of dark malt with brown sugar and a little molasses, soft to moderate bourbon, dry moderate roast, ash, some vanilla, dark chocolate, woody drying quality towards the back end, lingering roast malt and a touch of bourbon as well. No real sign of alcohol heat. Very balanced overall, not extremely strongly concentrated but not watery. Medium bodied, soft carbonation. Easily drinkable if not as punchy as the best beers in class.

This IPA poured a cloudy light yellow colour with a bright white, soapy head. Minimal lacing. Scents include pineapple,lemon and orange citrus hops, cooked veggies and dough. First swig was really hoppywith flavours of citrus hopsout the yin yang. Finish is heavily bitter with hop flavour lingering forever.

This stout poured a deep black colour with a brown, creamy head. Minimal lacing. Scents include tobacco, old cigarette butts and a little coffee. first swig was creamy. Flavours of ash, soy sauce and smoke with a little heat from the peppers. Light bourbon flavours in the end. Finish is nice and burnt with smoke flavours lingering.

Draft - Honey and some grains. Hazy yellow with a small white head. Much like the nose. Simple Nd low ABV as advertised.

Draft - Roast and toast on the nose. Jetblack with a decent beige head. Bitter and malty without the lightness. Bitterness is overwhelming.
