On tap at the brewery. Pours murky gold with a white head. Gentle pine and some chewy malt on the nose. on the nose. Flavour has pine, lots of soft oakiness, chewy malt backbone, and bitter, grassy hop finish. Body is quite thick, but the malts don't stray into syrup territory. A bit boozy and clumsy, but the spruce and hops do lend a nice character to the beer that offsets the weight and ABV.

A 16oz pour from tap at Stillwell. A very good hoppy & fruity IPA with bitter finish

500mL bottle. Pours slightly murky gold with a small white head. Caramel and toffee malts on the nose. Flavour has tons of burnt caramel and bread crust with an off-dry finish. Has force and depth; this is excellent.

11oz pour at brewery. Pours opaque blonde with white head. Aroma has citrus and tropical fruit. Flavour has a ton of juicy grapefruit and mango. Nice bitterness to dial in the juiciness. Mouthfeel is a bit chalky, but not bad. As far as juicy hazies go this is actually pretty solid.

4oz pour at brewery. Pours very murky pinkish purple with light pink head. Aroma has grassy fibres. Flavour underripe berries, gentle tartness, water cracker malts. Hard to pick out blueberry, more like vague underripe berry. Quite mediocre.

4oz pour at brewery [labelled as an imperial pilsner]. Pours clear gold with a white head. Aroma has gentle caramel. Flavour has off-dry caramel malts, straw. This is fine, I would have liked to see more hops.

4oz pour at brewery. Pours opaque dirty yellow with off-white head. Aroma has caramel malts and bit of pine. Flavour has caramel malts, a bit of pine, chalk. Any subtlety from the Chinook is smothered by chalk dust. Disappointing.

4oz pour at brewery. Pours murky yellow with white head. Aroma has mango, citrus peel. Flavour has mango, orange, some hop burn on the finish. Very chalky mouthfeel. Hazy bullshit coats the hops. Ugh.

Poured from the tap @ Unfiltered. Black with full tan head. Roast malt, chocolate on the nose. Taste adds some light fruitiness. Lighter-medium body. Decent, but needs more body. Could be good in a barrel.
