18/7/2024. Can bought at Radio City Social, Chelmsford. Pours almost clear pale gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma is sweet, tropical, mango, vanilla, citrus, orange, coconut, sweaty hint. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness and body. Fizzy. Too much carbonation but nicely done.

Bulging can: Soil and bark nose. Brown, once the enormous tan head subsided. Soil, with hints of cola and cocoa. Light body, moderate carbonation. Despite gushing all over the place, this was a fine dark mild, one I could enjoy on a regular basis.

Ridiculously hazy, chunky raw honey golden coloured body with a thick, microfoamed off-white head that's about seven centimetres tall and leaves a spotty lace after it fades, all above the 95 per cent opaque body. Aroma of honey, full oranges, grass, oats, wheat and a good deal of curacao. Very nice in the nose. Medium to Full-bodied; Strong rich oaty and wheatie flavours couple with a strong orangey and grassy bite with a lot of fruity sugars and some stronger lactose, creamy notes near the end with a slight hoppy dryness at the finish, but pretty easy-drinking. Aftertaste is deep, robust, fairly sweet, slightly hoppy and bitter, but showing a lot of citrusey components, especially curacao, light vanilla, a bunch of oats and wheat that really add to the body and a lot more full oranges at the end with only a hint of alcohol. Overall, a nice, rich, ever-so-slightly hoppy and bitter, super new-school, easy-drinking IPA that has some complexity, but is fresh and citrusey - good to sample, local-ish! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Ye Olde Spirits Shop in Frederick, Maryland on 02-February-2023 for US$7,19 sampled at my house here in Washington on 11-May-2023.

16oz can at a share pours a very starchy orange with a ton of white head. Nose is overdone with citrus and herbs. Blood orange. Lavender. Some papaya. Flavor is very starchy, wheat and grain, some citrus rind but heavily herbal. Full bodied and harsh on the palate. Over done.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Hazy orange colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, some nectary, oaty and some mild spiciness. Flavour is fruity, floral, some nectary and mild toffee tones. Smooth and hides the alcohol rather well.
