On tap at Bad Flash, Prague. Shared with Marko and Ogi. Mango juice aroma. Mango juice flavour with a malty touch. Hot spicy chilli pepper character underneath. Very thin overall.

On tap at Bad Flash, Prague. Shared with Ogi and Marko. Clear golden, small off-white head. Slightly spicy, peppery, zesty, orange. Medium body, soft juicy texture, tropical flavour. Thin. Light finish.

On tap at Bad Flash Karlin, pours a hazy dark pinkish red with a small pink head. Aroma is frankly dominated big time by the pink peppercorns, with some jammy berry in back. Flavour is unusual, being absolutely consumed by the pink pepper in flavour without the concomitant spiciness. There's certainly tart black currant in back, as well as lacto to provide that yogurty body. Interesting concoction.

On tap at Bad Flash Karlin, pours a clear pale golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings out straw, biscuity malt, and gentle spicy hops. Flavour is clean and crisp, with lightly spicy hops, some bitter grass, and crisp crackery malt. Not the punchiest Czech pils, but it's clean, gently bitter, and has a decent bite. Pleasant.

Cask at gbbf 2022 day 3. A light hazed amber copper coloured pour with a fading white head. Aroma is semi sweet, earthy, dull stale bread., grass. Flavour is composed of semi sweet floral, orange, soapy. Flavour is composed of nutty toffee malts, soapy, hedgerow. Palate is semi sweet mineral, sticky hop. Ok.

Cask gravity at GBBF 2022. deep red colour lasting pink head blackcurrant. lots of pink peppercorn character. not very sour. yes odd mix but ok

GBBF Day 2. KeyKeg. Clear blackcurrant colour beer, a few whitish bubbles. Crisp blackcurrant, never sour. The peppercorns are very much an also ran. A light dry finish. Nice blackcurrant, not much else going on here.

Bottle 0.33l from our archive, more than three years aged. A bit cloudy, really dark red colored. AROMA- roasted, sour cherry, some herbs, touch of licorice. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, lightly sour, sour cherry, pralines, some alcohol. Medium bodied. Not very well aged, sourish, still good.
