Pours a clear, dark copper, with minimal head. Aroma has a lot of citrus. Flavor is quite citrusy, too, with grapefruit notes. Quite a bit of malt sweetness on hand, too. Pretty balanced IPA and really not too bad on the whole.

Pretty good stuff. More bitter than the Czech Pils that I’ve had in Eastern Europe, but still quite tasty. Large foamy head settle slowly. Nice spicy aroma with a bit o hops. Good body and finish.

Good beer. Fresh hop aroma. Loses a bit of hop flavor and retains mostly hop bitterness, but still pretty good very drinkable. Good body. Long bitter finish.

750 ml crowler filled at Bauhaus Brew Labs in Minneapolis, Minnesota and poured to a glass 45 minutes later. The pour is a hazed orange golden with a well formed 1 inch light tan head. The aroma is super fresh citrus orange hops, bit of pine and defined Belgian yeast. The taste is the nose, with a great balance between the citrus pine hops and the herbal floral Belgian yeast. The palate is medium bodied with soft natural carbonation and a lingering floral finish. Belgian IPAs are pretty hit or miss for me, and this was a really well executed version of the style. Crazy fresh.

Shaker pint draft at the Mission Restaurant and Bar in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The pour is a clear copper with a small off white head. The aroma is fresh grain malt, grass and general bread malt. The taste is classic California Common flavors with the grassy earthy hops, the softly sweet bread malts and a clean finish. The palate is light to medium bodied, active carbonation and the clean grassy mineral finish. Tasty, great take on the style.
