Pours a hazy, muddy yellow, with smallish head. Aroma has grass and tropical fruit, with some citrus. Flavor is grassy and citrusy, too. Good hop bite and bitter finish. Very good local IPA.

Can: Grassy hay nose. Hazy amber, medium head, nice retention and lacing. Fairly intense hay and lemongrass. Minty grass noble hop finish. Medium body, moderate carbonation. That’s a lot of flavor for one pilsner. Drinks like an imperial pils. Damn good rendition of the style.

12oz can. Average new school IPA. A touch of buttery tones. Simplistic malt backbone. OK hop tone, but equal butter.

Sampled at Beer Dabbler. I was not sure what it was an guessed English Pale ale at the time. heavily carbonated, large head and light brown color. Prominent grain flavor, notes of a mild, light palate. Perfectly drinkable if not very exciting.

I wasn’t sure what this was, glad to see it was a baltic porter like i thought. One of the best beers at Winter Beer Dabbler, which is not saying much. Nontheless, it was good. Black beer, khaki colored head. Some wine in the aroma, moderately sweet, heavily roasted wine and a vinous quality.
