Honey, oat, pear nose. Hazy golden, thin head. Honey, white grape. Bubble gum finish. Full body, easy carbonation, warm. I'll be damned, a tripel I like!

Draft: Coffee nose. Black, headless. Dark chocolate, licorice, and orange. Medium body, soft carbonation. It's strange at first, but it grows on you. Rather being tired of it at the end of the glass, I wanted another one.

Faint pear aroma. Cloudy amber, thin head. Pear with a minty mildly antiseptic quality. Medium body, easy carbonation, dry. Highly attenuated, maybe a bit clinical.

Draft: Little aroma, maybe cherries. Hazy copper, medium yellow head, nice lace. Maraschino cherries and plums. Full body, easy carbonation, warm. Very nicely done, a pleasure to drink.

Draft pour at Meridian Pint. Poured a dark brown color with a small tan head. Aroma was roasted malts, some dark chocolate notes. Lactose. Chocolate. Roasted coffee.

Tap at brewery. Pours black with a beige head. Aroma is roasted rye, minor citrus. Flavor is roasted malt, bitter hint of citrus, light vanilla, light caramel. Solid.
