Tap at arsenal in wexford. Pale yellow and a nose of sweet mild honey. Quite tasty! Easy fun and unique compared tot he flavor of many typical meads. Yes, has a taste to it that lends itself nicely tot he style, very nice. Quite good and satisfying. I swear I can taste a little of that waxy honeycomb in this! GREAT JOB!

Draft arsenal wexford. My sample said 11.5%. Almost looks like water. Ver light sweet aroma. Surprisingly some mild cutting carbonation on the palate. Quite warming. Tasty. Smooth easy brew and much better than expected. Nice job!

Sampled on draft at Pipers this cider poured a very pale yellow color with a tiny soapy white head that faded instantly and left no lacing. The aroma wa start apple flesh. The flavor was tart apple flesh with hints of caramel and honey. Long apple finish. Medium body. Ok.

If you love apple pie you will love this, it’s sooooo good. Clear & pale. Smells like my mom just pulled her pie from the oven so nose nice. Yummy, makes my mouth water. Tastes like apple pie as well, so delicious, better regulate your input, this stuff is near 10% but the alky is not detectable. DANGEROUS, so tasty and so scary on the noggin. Good overall brew tasting experience fer sure, soooooo nice. WATCH OUT! These guys really know how to make appealing cider. THIS ONE ROCKS!
