poured a very pale yellow color with a small soapy white head that faded quickly and left no lacing. The aroma was apple juice, a hint of cinnamon, apple peel and a hint of ginger. The flavor was surprisingly sweet for this company with tart apple juice, a hint of candied ginger, a touch of cinnamon, sugar and lemon. Long sweet and tart apple juice and ginger finish. Medium body. Pretty tasty.

this cider poured a yellow-gold color with no head and no lacing. The aroma was strong sweet honey and apple. The flavor was very sweet and syrupy with strong apple juice and honey. Very long finish. Full bodied. Excelent!
