Red Clay Ciderworks is stoked to be Charlotte’s first hard cider producer. We use a unique blend of North Carolina apples to create a refreshing cider that’s not too sweet. With quality as our focus, we think you’ll be just as juiced to drink our small-batch ciders as we are to make them!

@ the cidery. Dark red appearance. Yep, cranberries in the nose. Moderately tart. Tons of berries. Puckering finish. Love it.

@ the cidery. Hazy pink red appearance. Aroma has a bit of berry. Flavor has lots of black cherries. Semi tart. Good flavor. Would buy again.

@ the cidery. Somewhat sweet with notes of straw and grass. Honestly, the apples don’t come through all that much. A touch bitter. Eh

Draft courtesy of Eric the Couchsurfer, thanks! Bright red color, still. Aroma of apple and light berry. Taste is full on tart cherry, apple is more or less hidden.

Draft at the source. Bright clear pinkish red color, fine bubbles. Aroma of tart berries. Taste is very tart, very dry, very fruity.
