Draft pour at a restaurant. Poured a hazy yellow color with a fluffy white head atop it. Aroma was light citrus notes, light straw notes. Flavor was light straw, citrus zest notes. Really refreshing and enjoyable for a hoppy wheat ale.

Crisp, ever so slightly hazy golden and honey coloured body with a two to three centimetre tall off-white head that fades fairly quickly and just leaves a touch on top. Aroma of grass, alcohol, grapes, earth, funk, cardboard and yeast at first. Light-bodied; Strong biscuity and grassy flavours at first with a little bit of a sour flavour, but the grape and citrus notes hit right afterwards along with a very dry bite and hit from grasses, coriander seed, hay and citrus zest. Aftertaste shows nice mellow sweetness, some grassy and hay flavours and a touch of citrus essence, white grapes and apricots. Overall, a nice and refreshing beer with good citrus and sour flavour with grape flavours, but moderate complexity and good dry finish. I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from Whole Foods in Fair Lakes (Fairfax), Virginia on 19-November-2016 for US$9,99 sampled at home on the Eastern Shore in Pungoteague, Virginia on 01-July-2017.

Draft at Ocelot. Poured a clear, dark amber color with a small tan head. Aroma was caramel malts, light sugar cookie notes. Herbal notes, spice, dark fruits. Flavor was sugar cookie, light sweet toffee. Surprised at how smooth it is. Maybe in larger portions it may be difficult to drink, but about 4 oz might be good.
