4 oz pour on draft at Old Ox. Poured a dark brown color with a small tan head. Aroma was creamy milk chocolate. Light, creamy milk chocolate notes. A heck of a lot of chocolate notes, sweet. Light roasted malts. So smooth. Delicious.

Keg at the brewery, 6/16/16. Hazy orange, thin creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of pepper, apricot, yeast, vinous notes, bready malt. Dry. The taste is bready malt, apricot, pepper, yeast. Medium bodied, well balanced. Nice beer.
