Location: 12 oz bottle from Buy Rite, 5/22/15
Aroma: This one has an amazing aroma, basically a Reece's peanut butter cup, yes please
Appearance: Pours a dark brown color with small, light brown head and decent lace
Flavor: The flavor of this one is close to the aroma, but brings out the beer qualities, it has a sweetness and a good bitterness that are in-line with chocolate, peanut butter, and dry roasted peanuts.
Palate: The body is medium, fairly clean feel, with a lively carbonation leads to a semi-dry finish
Overall Impression: This is super legit. Way exceeded my expectations. It has a great Reece's cup aroma which leads right into the kind of flavor that you would expect from a Reece's peanut butter cup beer, but somehow has a bunch of beer components too. I want more of this, which makes it unlike pretty much anything else Horny Goat I have had. If you like Peanut Butter Cups, you'll absolutely enjoy this one.

Refrigerated 16 oz. aluminum can poured into a glass. Clear medium brown with small off-white head. Aroma is nuts/apples, medium body, low/medium carbonation, and some small-bubble lacing. Taste is apples, caramel, some chocolate. Easy to drink, different, and pretty good.

Stolen from some friends: pours orange gold with a white head. Aroma is pretty light with slight notes of honey. Taste is moderately sweet with some light hoppiness at the finish extending into the aftertaste. Not bad. You can drink it without really tasting it or thinking about it.

Bottle. Chocolate-peanut butter toffee aroma - smells like a Butterfinger or a Chick o Stik. Dark brown with large tan head. Sweet chocolate-peanut butter malt and mildly bitter herbal flavor. Nice - finally a Horny Goat worth drinking more than once.

Can. Tangerine malt and cedar aroma. Golden yellow with giant white head. Sweet tangerine caramel malt and moderately bitter pine flavor. Balance a bit off - very sweet up front but then bitterness kicks in - transition abrupt.

Can. Pineapple, banana, clove, cardboard, and wheat malt aroma. Hazy golden yellow with large white head. Very sweet stale pineapple juice and wheat malt flavor. Cloying sweet - not a pleasant mixture of flavors.

Bottle. Inky black with large spongy beige head, caramel aroma with hops in the background, chocolate taste with a little hops , long bitter coffee beans finish. Very interesting brew.

16 oz can purchased as part of a mix a six at K-7 Liquors in Shawnee, Kansas. 3084 0721 stamped on the bottom. The pour is mostly clear copper golden with a foamy one inch off white head. The aroma is tangerine citrus fruit and peel, touch of floral, bit of cracker malt. The taste is dirty artificial tangerine citrus, muddled and unclean with some sharp floral honey sweet - flavors that were not present in the nose really overrun the taste. The palate is medium bodied, minimal carbonation and a long weird chemical citrus fruit finish. I can’t imagine this is how they intended this to taste.

Bottle: Pours black with a frothy tan head. Aroma is EXACTLY like sniffing a jar of peanut butter. Flavour is cola, chocolate malt, peanut butter.....again, very accurate...down to a slight peanut-shell bitter..... Hands down, the best presentation of peanut butter flavouring in a beer I’ve had to date.

Can: Clear amber with a short beige head. Tangerine, orange aroma. Taste is tangerine, pink grapefruit.....very juice-like. Moderate citrus-peel bitter that builds towards finish.....to a point that it’s almost at odds with the sweetness instead of complimenting it. Big flavours.....pretty good.
