Bottle thanks to Dan. Pours a clear dark amber color with a small white head. A big fruity nose, cherry, some toffee as well. Dusty and dry at times, cocoa and toffee, a bit of robust cherries, some chocolate. Very flavorful. Not hot. Lovely beer. Has a lot to like.

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a salmon color with a large foamy pink-white head that left minimal lacing. The aroma was very faint with apple and artificial cherry - almost Kool -aid. The flavor was sweetish and tart with vague apple and artificial cherry. Medium length finish. Medium body. Not good.

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a hazy yellow color with a large foamy white head that left minimal lacing. The aroma was tart apple and a bit of citrus. The flavor was sour and tart with apple flesh, a bit of must and dust and a light medicinal note. Long finish. Medium body. Meh.

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a dark brown color with red highlights and a large creamy beige head that left very good lacing. The aroma was tart with notes of sour cherries, toffee and cedar. The flavor was tart with sour cherries, wood, cedar and cherry pie filling. Long sour cherry finish. Medium body. Quite nice.

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a black color with a large foamy brown head that left decent lacing. The aroma was malty with molasses, nut, fresh ginger and whiskey. The flavor was sweet with toasty malts, chocolate, fresh ginger, anise, whiskey and almost coconut. Long finish. Full bodied, creamy and smooth. Outstanding!

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a black color with a medium sized foamy tan head that left decent lacing. The aroma was roasty, woody and dry with moderate cocoa. The flavor was bitter, roasty, dry and malty with notes of wood, oatmeal, cocoa powder and vanilla. Medium length finish. Moderately full bodied and smooth. Decent.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a cloudy orange color with a medium sized foamy white head that left a bit of lacing. The aroma was sweet and tart with notes of tangerine and mandarins. The flavor was bitter and tart with tangerine and mandarin notes. Long finish. Medium body. Pretty enjoyable.

The aroma was hazy yellow with a large foamy white head that left good lacing. The aroma was tart,citric, lightly fruity, and had a cactus note. The flavor was sharp, bitter and very sour with strong notes of citric acid and cactus. Amazingly long finish. Medium body. Meh.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a murky bronze color with a large foamy white head that left good lacing. The aroma was citric acid, orange, tangerine, a bit of pine, semi sweet and tangy. The flavor was sweet and tangy with orange and tangerine notes followed by bitter pine and a bit of tequila. Long finish. Moderately full bodied, smooth and a touch boozy. Solid.
