nice golden pour sticky head. Nose is nice. Bread as flower some caramel and marshmallow with a light sourdough yeast. Strange taste though. Creamy and light mouthfeel. Soap and peroxide. Quite yeasty and herbal. Cheese rind and peppercorn. Mustard seed and rye. But the soap taste is slightly off putting

750 ml bottle thanks to Skyview, nice brew, thanks Bob. Color is a deep garnet with bubbly, spiderweb lacing. Aroma shows Belgian candy syrup, plum, figs and Christmas spice.
The flavor is spot on for the style. Dark fruit and yeast upfront with a nice earthy caramel malt base. Spice and pumpernickel bread with a medium body. Soft carbonation giving a smooth, creamy texture. Solid example of the style, nice job from this brewery!

750 ml bottle thanks to Skyview, thanks much for the opportunity! Color is a dirty amber with huge lasting carbonation that needed time to settle after the first pour. Aroma is awesome, pine hops, spicy yeast and rye malts.
The flavor is nice. I get the Belgian Wit yeast, nice and spicy upfront caramel malt base with a orange peel or citrus zest toward the finish. Has a bitterness n the finish that lingers and tastes like a pine hop. Nice amount of flavor. Innovative recipe with creativity, I enjoyed sipping this. And with a 6% ABV it is highly drinkable with a lot of character.

750 ml bottle thanks to Skyview, thanks much for the opportunity! Mostly clear yellow with light retention in the snifter. Aroma is Belgian inspired yeast, lemons and sweet grain. Light fruit hints.
The flavor is mostly the aroma. Sweet grain, pale malts, yeast with some plastic. Kind of a strange off flavor in the aftertaste. The only way I can describe it is plastic. Texture is soft with a crisp feeling. If the brewery can refine this beer, it would be good. Something is just slightly off. The base elements are good.

A horrible wit. Chemicals and rotting orange. Some very light coriander.nearly undrinkable. Thin palate. Undercarbonated. You wouldn’t know what style of beer you were supposedly drinking unless you looked it up.

Pours a dark gold with good-sized, lingering head. Aroma is floral, spruce. Flavor is also hop floral, with a kind of unpleasant, sour bite to it. This isn’t your usual pale ale. More like a Belgian abbey ale. Not bad, just not my favorite.

Pours a dark brown with a large, foamy, almost soapy head (beer seems a bit over-carbonated). Fruity, malt-spice aroma. Flavor is just a touch on the sour side, with some caramel and raisin in there, maybe a bit of chocolate and some fruit esters. Beer is heavily-carbonated (kind of gaseous drinking experience to be honest--lots of burping). Finish is slightly bitter. Not really my favorite style to be honest, but I’m not sorry I gave it a try.

Bottle. Pours a clear, dark brown appearance with a lasting dark brown head. Lots of CO2, spicy yeasty, candy sugar, caramel, dark fruity aroma. Body is a bit thin. Kind of woody, dark caramel, kind of funky yeasty, light chocolate, somewhat fruity/cherry flavor that dries out a bit on the finish. Booze is hidden pretty well. Not bad.

Bottle @ Exira Beer Summit III. Pours a hazy dark orange appearance with an off white head. A bit spicy, soapy, peachy, light veggie aroma. Tangy, metallic, apricot, juicy fruit flavor. All kinds of weirdness going on.
